Delicious Food ๐Ÿ˜‹

Planning a trip to Saudi Arabia  and wondering what is on the platter for you?Whether a foodie or not, you just can’t ignore the luscious flavors that Saudi Arabia  food has in store for you.

1.Kabsa:

Kabsa  is an Arab mixed rice dish, served on a communal platter, that originates from Saudi Arabia It is commonly regarded as a national dish in all the countries of the Arabian Peninsula (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Yemen). ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

Kabsa is made of chicken that is slowly simmered in a spicy broth of tomatoes and spices. This chicken is then removed and either fried or grilled while the broth is used to cook the rice. ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿฝ

It tastes great when it is steaming hot and usually you will find it served at most Saudi occasions. It is like the Arab version of Biryani and much similar to Mandi, a Yemeni mutton dish. The difference between kabsa and mandi is that mandi is made in a vessel that is half buried like an earthen oven in the ground.๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ

I love it must try it ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

2. Mutabbaq:

Mutabbaq or Murtabak is a delicious stuffed paratha with spicy minced meat, which is a popular street food snack in Saudia Arabia.๐Ÿฝ

I've fallen in love with this delicious, filling snack!. A paratha pocket filled with a delicious minced meat and egg filling. It's such a satisfying snack, and it's so much better than having just a plain paratha. I mean plain parathas are awesome, but I think we can all agree stuffed parathas are better. Especially if they look like cute pockets. I mean yummy, crispy, golden pockets.๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—

Serve it with this Karak Chai, because tea and snacks are best friends.☕☕

3.Dajaj Mashwi:

Dajaj' means 'Chicken' and 'Mashwi' means 'Grilled'; summing up as Grilled Chicken.

Dajaj mashwi is a Saudi Arabian barbecue specialty made with boneless chicken breasts that are pounded thin, marinated, and grilled. Typical ingredients for marinating the meat include spice powders and dried herbs such as paprika or red chili powder, ginger, garlic, onion, black pepper, salt, oil, and lime juice.๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—

Spicy and succulent, the chicken is typically accompanied by a garlic dipping sauce and a mixed salad on the side, but it can also be accompanied by couscous, Arabian pilaf, and soups.๐Ÿ’

Tasty and yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

4. Fatayer:

A fatayer  is a meat pie that can alternatively be stuffed with spinach, or cheese such as Feta or Akkawi. It is part of Levantine cuisine and is eaten in Saudi Arabia , Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, Kuwait, Iraq and Yemen.๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ˆ

The preparation for fatayer begins with a dough that is rolled out into an assortment of shapes. These are then filled with a wide variety of fillings, depending on preference, and baked in the oven until they are golden to perfection.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
